Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
How much is my claim worth?
Every client wants to know if the pursuit of justice will result in a recovery, and how much they can recover. Each case is different and achieving justice requires an individualized understanding of what you've been through. Lawyers who tell you right away how much your case is worth are either just telling you what you might want to hear so you will hire them, or they lack the experience to understand what your case is truly about. We always focus on achieving the best possible recovery that addresses what you have been through and what justice means to you and your family. We will discuss what you can recover and what it means for your future.

How do you bill for your legal services?
We do not get paid unless you get paid. Most people who are injured and are seeking justice can’t afford the lawyer they deserve. We believe that is unfair, particularly when trying to hold a well-resourced insurance company accountable. There is no way the average client can pay all of their costs out of their own pocket when taking on a hospital, a company, or an insurance industry, so we make sure you do not pay for the pursuit of justice unless we get you the recovery you want.

Are consultations free?
Yes. It is understandable that when looking for an attorney, clients often feel overwhelmed. In order to give you some comfort in your search and help in getting the answers you deserve, we provide a free consultation. Feel free to ask us anything about your case and we look forward to being able to help you directly or give you guidance in your pursuit of justice. When you call, we will have the time to connect in order to truly understand what you are going through.

What is the typical legal process like?

We work together as a team and will always be responsive and compassionate. We will be there throughout to make sure you understand the process and answers all of your questions.

Will you be there for me when I need you?

Will I have to go to court?
Every client wants justice as fast as possible. For some clients, it is possible we can achieve justice and real results without going to court. However, more often, we will need to file a lawsuit with the court and fight hard to achieve the justice you deserve.

How long do I have to file a lawsuit?
It is so important that if a client believes someone has wrongfully hurt them, whether financially, physically or emotionally, that a claim must be filed in a timely manner. The law creates deadlines for lawsuits. If you miss this deadline, you may be denied justice forever no matter what happened to you and who is to blame. So, it is so important to speak to a lawyer immediately. And, when you call, we will move fast to help you achieve justice.

Who can bring a case on behalf of a family member who died?
Over the years, we have represented many families experiencing the ultimate loss – the death of a loved one. The law sets out who can bring a lawsuit seeking justice on behalf of a family. We will work together to make sure the claim can be brought to achieve justice.

What types of cases does your law firm handle?
With decades of experience and cases with people from many diverse backgrounds, we specialize in lawsuits involving those who have been injured as well as their families. Sadly, these injuries come from all sorts of terrible circumstances, such as auto accidents, medical malpractice, and negligence of others. We also help homeowners and small business owners obtain justice.
